At Revolv3D Creations, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products may require additional production time depending on project complexity, material availability, and order volume.

Estimated production times will be communicated when applicable.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Available shipping options and rates will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Information

When available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status using the tracking information provided.
 

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Revolv3D Creations is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and product.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier and check with neighbors or household members. While we will assist whenever possible, Revolv3D Creations is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
 

Custom and Large Orders

Production and shipping times for custom projects, prototypes, and large quantity orders may vary. Estimated completion dates will be provided before production begins whenever possible.
