Returns, Refunds & Customer Satisfaction

At Revolv3D Creations, we take pride in producing high-quality 3D printed products and providing excellent customer service. Because many of our products are custom-made or manufactured to order, please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Standard Products
For non-custom items, returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Custom, Personalized, and Made-to-Order Products
Many products sold by Revolv3D Creations are custom-made, personalized, produced in custom colors, manufactured to customer specifications, or printed specifically after an order is placed.
Because these products cannot be resold, all custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless:

The item arrives damaged during shipping.

The item contains a manufacturing defect.

The item was produced incorrectly due to an error made by Revolv3D Creations.
Please carefully review all dimensions, colors, personalization details, and customization requests before submitting your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

All resolutions are determined on a case-by-case basis.

3D Printed Product Disclaimer
Our products are manufactured using additive manufacturing (3D printing) technology. Minor cosmetic variations are a normal part of the manufacturing process and do not affect product functionality.
Examples may include:

Visible layer lines

Minor surface texture variations

Slight color differences between material batches

Small support-contact marks
-
Minor dimensional variations within normal manufacturing tolerances
These characteristics are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before production begins.
Once a custom or made-to-order item has entered production, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.
Shipping Issues
Revolv3D Creations is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.
